LOOK AND FEEL YOUNGER

Some doctors are suggesting Vitamin C in place of surgery for that "younger look". Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. If this vitamin is taken in food 1-2 hours before a heavy work out it will help control oxidant buildup in the body. Strong physical activity or stress can cause "poisonous" oxidant levels.  Vitamin C in many forms helps control nasty cortisol levels and stress in the body.  Therefore, it appears that this vitamin is a heavy duty worker in helping to prevent high blood pressure and other health problems as it keeps you looking and feeling younger,

There are health risks when taking heavy doses of vitamins, so always ask your physician's advise before taking any vitamins or medication.
